1. What is the burn time?
Our candles are designed to provide long-lasting ambiance. They burn for an average of 30 to 35 hours, depending on how they are used. With 100% soy wax, high-quality fragrance oils, and FSC-certified wooden wicks (Lumetique™), we guarantee a clean, even burn, without soot. This allows you to fully enjoy the scent and light.

2. Shipping and collection
We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Depending on busyness or holidays, it may take a little longer, but you will always receive a track & trace code. 3. How do I get the most out of my candle?
A candle performs best when used correctly. When lighting the candle for the first time, let it burn for at least 2 hours, so that the surface melts completely. Trim the wooden wick regularly to 3-5 mm and never let the candle burn continuously for more than 4 hours. This way, you'll enjoy a beautiful, even flame and full scent for longer.

4. Are the candles sustainable?
We believe in beautiful products that are also good for the planet. Our candles are made from 100% plant-based soy wax, with FSC-certified wooden wicks (Lumetique™) and carefully selected fragrance oils. The jars are reusable or recyclable and are filled locally in small batches to minimize waste.

5. Are the fragrances natural or synthetic?
Our fragrances are designed for a safe, luxurious experience. We use high-quality perfume oils that are vegan, phthalate-free, and safe for indoor use. This allows you to enjoy a warm, pleasant scent without harmful substances.

6. Are the candles safe for pets?
Our candles are made with safe ingredients and are free from harmful additives. Nevertheless, we recommend ventilating the room well and not leaving pets in a closed room with burning candles for extended periods. This ensures a safe and pleasant atmosphere for everyone.
